What is the earliest I can check in?
Standard check-in time is 2pm, should you wish to check-in earlier although we cannot guarantee access we always endeavour to oblige.
Can I arrive late?
Yes, the office is open until 8pm Monday to Friday 4pm Saturday and Noon Sunday and Public Holidays but we are able to accommodate late check-in. Please assist us by advising if ETA is after these times
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes all rooms are non-smoking.
Do you have a breakfast dining room?
No, however a full cooked breakfast can be delivered to your Room.
How do I guarantee my reservation?
Credit card details or a bank transfer will secure a reservation.
Do you have an outdoor area?
Yes we have a covered outdoor area with BBQ.
Do you have wireless internet in your rooms?
Yes, complimentary WIFI is available for each room.
Is there on site parking?
Designated parking at the door to each room.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes we have a Restaurant on site open Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays
Do you have room service?
Room service is available between the hours of 6pm-8pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays
What is your Cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be advised at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee.
Can we cook in our room?
No cooking allowed in any room, however we do have a microwave in all rooms for re heating meals only.
